ABOUT MELYNDA & CUPPA T
I'm Melynda Kiring, a writer/actress in the San Francisco Bay Area in California. I've been writing all my life, but in 1997 I decided that I wanted to write stories for people other than myself. And so, I began. And while drinking pot after pot of tea, Cuppa T Books naturally happened.

But no matter the reason, I am grateful you took the time to visit.

Cuppa T Books is a glorious one-woman show. I write the stories, I design the covers, I format the text, I get the books printed. (If you're on the December Story List, I actually snail-mail them out.) It's usually tasks that should be done by a fleet of efficient Victorian secretaries, ink-stained graphic artists and frowning accountants. But it's just me. And I still drink a lot of tea.

Currently I am offering four books for sale: the ongoing fantasy The Tale of D'lyssoday - books one and two; the script of the romantic play Quadrille, and the charming story, The Silkai. More will become available when I get down to brass tacks regarding the 14 books I've written as December Stories.

Since I've mentioned it three times, the December Story is a yearly printed original story that I send to people as a gift. They're mighty spiffy!

I've been writing The Tale of D'lyssoday since 1997. The histroy of this story can be found here!
I write because I think these stories come to me for a reason, and that is a big responsibility.
It is an honor to be read, and to share these fanciful tales with the people who discover them.
